Basic Steps to Renting a Student Property
  1. Come into the office to register or call New Let on 01784 470270
  2. Book your viewing and choose your property
  3. Pay £300 per person to reserve your chosen property (includes our admin fee and part of the first month’s rent)
  4. Return relevant reference and/or guarantor information
  5. Pay balance of first month’s rent and sign contracts four weeks after signup
  6. Pay security deposit (equivalent to six weeks’ rent) plus any advance rent four weeks before tenancy starts
